We offer standard shipping within the continental United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

IF not in stock or for custom pieces, please allow 3 to 4-weeks from time of finalization to receive your custom-made piece.

Does Toni's Timber offer Returns?

Toni's Timber offer customized pieces so there are not refunds. However, if there is a specific defect or problem with your piece, please let us know within within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly make and send you out another piece.
